This was my first home. Lynnette was very helpful in setting up tours of homes that were in my price range and met my other requirements. Once I found a home I liked, she helped place a bid and was extremely helpful in deciding how to go about bidding. Once the bid was accepted, she gave me frequent updates on how things were progressing and gave me advice on how to go about setting up utilities and insurance.
